This is a private preview of Blue Motion Academy. These short terms cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you while you try it. Legal counsel is finalizing the full, binding terms for families before the program opens to the public.

1. This is a preview
We are still building Blue Motion Academy. Lessons may change, break, or disappear while we work. Do not rely on it for anything important yet.
2. Who can sign in
You must be 13 or older to sign in with your own Google account. If you are under 13, a parent sets you up. By signing in, you are telling us you are 13 or older.
3. The lessons are for learning
The lessons teach you to build software with AI. They are for learning. They are not professional or legal advice. What you build is your responsibility, so check your own work.
4. Be a good builder
Use the preview to learn and build. Do not try to break it, do not use it to harm anyone, and do not share your sign-in with other people.
5. Your work is yours
The apps you build and the blueprints you write belong to you. The lessons and the site belong to Blue Motion Academy.
6. We can end access
Because this is a preview, we may pause or end access at any time. You can stop using it whenever you want by signing out.
7. Changes and contact
The full family terms will replace these preview terms before launch, and we will ask you to read them. Until then, if you have a question, reach out to the person who invited you to the preview.
